AerialQuote text alerts

Optional texts that tell you there is a new message or a change on a deck you are talking about in the AerialQuote deck designer. Never ads, never the message itself: just a heads-up and a link.

Who gets them

Homeowners and contractors who are talking about a deck design on aerialquote.com (a homeowner and a contractor who picked up their design, or someone the homeowner sent a view link) and who turned texts on themselves. Texts are off until you turn them on. Email alerts work without them.

How you opt in

Signed in to the deck designer, open Questions, then My alerts. Type your mobile number, tick the box agreeing to the texts (it starts unticked, and the full wording is beside it), and press Text me a code.

We text a 6-digit code to that number. Typing it in and pressing Confirm the code confirms the number is yours. Only then do texts start.

The consent wording

Text me a short heads-up from AerialQuote when there is a new message or a change on a deck I am talking about. At most one text per deck every 30 minutes, none 9 pm to 8 am. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

We keep a record of your consent: this wording, when you agreed, and the number.

How often

Only when something happens on a deck you are talking about: at most one text per deck every 30 minutes, and none between 9 pm and 8 am your time (those wait for the morning). Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text, or untick texts under My alerts. Reply START to turn them back on, or HELP for help. You can also email support@aerialquote.com.

Your number

Your mobile number and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone for their marketing. We use them only to send these alerts, through our text provider, Twilio. See the privacy page.
