Homeowners ask for quotes when the estimate looks like real local money. Your going rates make it real, and those requests come to pros on this site. Two minutes, once a year.
New features and tips for the board, now and then. Emails about changes to how your account works always come.
The Job Board shows you requests in these trades, and you pick up only those — each request has 4 slots, so they go to contractors who can price the job.

Jobs you sent out from the map. A request stays on the board for 30 days. Nothing here is an agreement — a contractor who picks one up quotes you their own price, and you are free to say no.
Your shortlist. These sit at the top of the picker on the map, and you can collapse everything else down to just these while you work. Homeowners and pros both get this — it is not part of Pro.
